Easy Vegetarian Bean Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 14.5 oz can dark red kidney beans
  • 1 14.5 oz can navy beans
  • 1 14.5 oz fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles {like Rotel}
  • 1-2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Optional: cilantro

Instructions

  1. Saute onion over medium high heat until starting to brown. Stir in garlic and cook 1-2 more minutes.
  2. Add in all remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-20 minutes.
  4. Serve steaming hot!
