After the mad L dash back to the hotel, a frantic change of clothes, and spritz of everything in sight that smelled good [to hide the smell of a day of sweat], it was finally cocktail party time!
Guess who I found just in time?! Only the best roommates ever in blog history.
And off to the party we went! OpenSky generously hosted the party at the LaSalle Power Plant in downtown Chicago.
From then on, it was all about seeing old blogging friends, meeting new ones, and putting names to faces. There was also beer drinking, eating, and photo boothing.
This is what 200 partying bloggers looks like.

And then came the photo booth fun. Ohhh yeah. These things are awesome. I need work on my funny faces. I usually just looked lost & confused.
By the time we got back to the hotel, the kitchen was closed & midnight hotel room sushi delivery it was:
It hit the spot.
Spicy yellowtail maki & sweet potato rolls:
And edamame:
Sushi + chatting + laughing hysterically = blogger bedtime past 2am.
All this fun and the conference hadn’t even started yet!
