An injury: aka what started it all.
I started writing SoS when I was faced with an injury that kept me from running, amongst many other things. [It wasn’t really an injury per se, but it’s just easier to call it that.]
I learned a lot about injury prevention, but then I went and injured my knee. This time it really was a running injury. And this time I really learned.
