Triathlon Training
No training going on here. I’m recovering from a running injury, hoping to back in action soon. In the mean time, you can check out some of my favorite posts about running, biking, and all things injuries:

I’m training for the Aflac Iron Girl Columbia Triathlon on August 22nd! Here’s a look at my training schedule:
Well, I was training for the Aflac Iron Girl Columbia Triathlon. Now I’m injured and working my way back up to being active again- slowly, but surely.
I’ll leave my latest training calendar up in case you’d like to take a look at what training for a sprint triathlon looks like.

Hi! Where did you get your half marathon training calendar? I’m preparing to do one but haven’t found a training plan I like yet. Thanks!
It’s sort of a combination of a bunch of plans I’ve seen, but mostly based off of Hal Higdon’s plan. I like it because of all the cross-training worked in!
I took your advice and used Hal Higdon’s model with some of my own ideas thrown in
It’s working great – thank you!
Hi! Thanks for sharing.. I am running the Tabaco half too. My first.. I just started training last week so I am a little behind you but think I can do it. I hope so! Good luck..
Oh how cool! Good luck with your training! I’m sure you’ll do fine, I’m still at the beginning of my training too
I like this a lot! I am all about creating training plans and seeing what others are doing
I’m glad I came across your blog!
Good luck in this weekend’s race. Yes, I’ll be looking for your race recap!

Thanks for sharing that. I really enjoy running and try to go everyday, but a friend just asked me if I wanted to do a half marathon with him and I’m seriously considering it…
Oh definitely consider it! It’s so much fun, and it’s a great distance. Doing it with a friend makes it even better
