Monday Mentions: Tri Training

Wait, how is it Monday already? Wasn’t just yesterday Friday?

If it’s Monday that means tri training starts today! Well, according to my calendar, it actually started yesterday. Oops. Guess I’m not off to the best start.

Since I’m essentially starting from scratch, I plan on following this beginner triathlon training plan. I’ve used it before and really like that it uses time instead of distance. You can also pick which sport is your weakest and focus your training more on that. Using time as a guide is a good way to help beginners prevent injuries by going to far too soon. So here goes!
