For me, the best tip on that infographic is to exercise in the morning. As a busy mom, if I wait to get my workout in, it’s almost guaranteed that something else will crop up and get in the way. But if I force myself out of bed while the husband and toddler are still asleep, I can get a 30-minute sweat session in without the risk of an interference.
