GIVEAWAY TIME!!!!

by Heather

How does an Organic Chocolate Indulgence Giveaway sound?! Pretty good, huh? :)

Stonyfield sent me some coupons to try out their latest flavors of Greek yogurt: chocolate & caramel. Now, I’m not a chocolate fan (I know, I know) but the caramel is literal divine. And I’m not just saying that because they sent me a coupon, it’s literally a great treat. Even if you’re not a huge fan of Greek yogurt, I’m betting you might like one of these. ;)

These snacks pack 10 grams of protein into a 4oz, 110 calorie serving. Even in my decreased-dairy days, I love having one every once in awhile.

I learned that conventional and organic agriculture both use manure as a part of regular farm soil fertilization programs. Certified organic farmers, however, must maintain a strict farm plan detailing the methods used to build soil fertility, including the application of manure as mandated by the Organic Foods Production Act of 1990.
