Oh my goodness.
I FORGOT to go get fro yo today!
How does that happen?!?!
The local fro yo shop posts the day’s flavors on Facebook every morning, which is genius marketing because I just can’t help but notice.
Today I saw not only my favorite, peanut butter, but raspberry cappuccino. Does that not sound like an awesome flavor?
Anyway, now I’m too lazy to go & get it, and it’s storming like cRaZy- I’m not sure I even want to venture outside.
Dinner
After setting my tastebuds on spaghetti, I realized I didn’t have much in the way of sauce-making ingredients. I ended up throwing together some tomato paste, water, and a boatload of seasonings.
I also tossed in some almond butter and a big container of shredded zucchini leftover from this weekend’s stuffed peppers.
Topped with chopped sundried tomatoes and a side of garlic bread.
Mmmm mmmmm.
Now off to go watch the Phil’s final episode on Deadliest Catch!

wait you put almond butter in the spaghetti sauce? I have never heard of that.
Haha yup. Makes it creamy & adds some protein haha. I didn’t come up with the idea but I forget where I saw it now.
